Why we work on agreements

At TechNexus (Pty) Ltd we’ve learned that most IT problems aren’t just technical — they’re
communication problems. People don’t always have the words to explain an issue, or they only tell us when it’s
already urgent. An agreement fixes that. It gives us ongoing visibility, so we can prevent issues instead of
fighting fires.

Our agreements are structured, predictable and still flexible. We keep costs reasonable so smaller offices
(3–15 users) can have proper IT without hiring a full-time technician.

What’s included

  • Microsoft 365 management – licence changes, mailbox setup, mail delivery, user support.
  • Domain & DNS administration – we keep email and website records correct and secure.
  • Proactive monitoring (Acronis RMM + EDR) – we watch device health and security events.
  • Optional cloud backups – encrypted and POPIA-aligned, incl. Microsoft 365 (mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
  • In-person check-ins – monthly or quarterly, because users often explain things better face-to-face.
  • Ticketed communication – WhatsApp and email go into our CRM so nothing is missed.

How it works

You choose how often you want us on site. Most clients start with a relationship retainer (remote
care + quarterly visit) and upgrade to monthly visits once they see how much it improves day-to-day
IT confidence.

Security & POPIA

We document your environment (devices, DNS, mailboxes, credentials) so we can support you properly, but we do so
securely. All information is stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems and only used to deliver services to
you. This supports POPIA compliance and makes disaster recovery much faster.

Our Acronis stack lets us add: endpoint protection (EDR), optional advanced antivirus (AVR), Microsoft 365 backups
and cloud email security — all in one place.
